All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.
This website is owned Ousia Australia Pty Ltd and operated by Goddamn Rock 'n' Roll your European distributor of Glamourflage. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Goddamn Rock 'n' Roll may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. Any prices listed on this website are in Euro's and all charges will be processed in Euro's.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Goddamn Rock 'n' Roll will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
Goddamn Rock 'n' Roll reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Goddamn Rock 'n' Roll will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Goddamn Rock 'n' Roll will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Goddamn Rock 'n' Roll will notify its customers within 5 business days.
Goods will be shipped via courier. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 7-10 business days.
Privacy
Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be shared with- or sold to third partys.
Refunds
If we send you the wrong product - or the product you receive is faulty in any way - we will credit your original method of payment for both the product and delivery costs. All returned products must be unused and be returned within 8 days of Invoice Date. No re-delivery fee applies if the exchange is due to our error. All refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 working days. Send us an email to info@glamourflage.nl Ensure that you include your name, address, daytime phone number and the invoicenumber that you received with your parcel and tell us the reason for your return.
Shipping Policy
- Delivery is via third party courier.
- All deliveries are sent with registered couriers, in most cases we send our packages by TNTpost.
- Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
- As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
- Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
- Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2-7 days for delivery.
- For orders outside the Netherlands, shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
